Rwanda has recently announced that it will allow visa-free travel for all Africans, becoming the latest country on the continent to implement such a measure aimed at boosting free movement of people and trade. Kenya's President William Ruto also announced plans to allow all Africans to travel to the East African nation visa-free by December 31.
